      How to Refund an Order


      This video provides a quick and easy way to refund an order via the Admin panel. Once the order number is identified and filtered out, you can simply change order status to 'canceled' and this automatically refunds order total. 

      Important Note: 
      This feature is currently only applicable for customers integrated with the below payment processors.

      4. USA_EPAY

      5. CARD_CONNECT
